I am receiving the Eumetcast Basic and HVS2 Service using a 130mm dish pointing at Hotbird 13E.
I am near the edge of that satellite footprint, so my signal is not good.
I have found the best LNB to be the Inverto Twin Black Ultra LNB
I use two Ayecka SR1 Receivers for the Eumetcast Reception using the Telicast System running in two Virtual Machines with Ubuntu 18.04LTS as the OS.

Here is a composite image of the Link Margin for the Basic Service at the top, in the middle is the Rainfall and below is the Link Margin for the HVS2 Service. This demonstrates how much Rain Fade I get being so far west.
