The Scope was mounted on a steel pillar made from one of our old balcony supports. It is three 4" pipes welded together with a steel plate top and bottom. Thanks to Peter for the Welding.
The original Wedge was a simple steel plate which could not be adjusted. This was BIG Mistake, so we created another Wedge which could be adjusted using a bottle screw for fine adjustment. This has worked really well. See photos below. The clamps stop the Wedge from being rotated once aligned on Polaris.
